Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for community growth and improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, residents, and local stakeholders.
• Ensure financial stability by managing budgets, forecasting revenues, and controlling expenses.
• Motivate and lead a team of property managers to achieve operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple properties and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
