Interstate Batteries is hiring a Regional Distribution Manager for our fulfillment center operations in Dallas, Texas. As a key leader in our logistics network, you'll oversee distribution operations, drive efficiency across our FC, and support the team members who keep our supply chain moving.
About the Role
This full-time position places you at the center of our regional distribution strategy. You'll manage daily fulfillment center operations, coordinate inventory flow, optimize processes, and ensure our teams meet performance targets while maintaining a safe, engaged workplace culture.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise distribution center staff, fostering a collaborative environment where team members thrive
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, quality control, and inventory accuracy
- Analyze operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies across all FC operations
- Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and customer service teams to meet delivery commitments
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance development for your team
- Optimize space utilization, dock operations, and equipment use within the facility
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing fulfillment center or warehouse operations at a regional or multi-site level
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
- Proficiency with inventory management systems, distribution software, and data analysis
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices, safety regulations, and logistics operations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and comfort with fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management
