Role Overview

Updike Distribution Logistics is seeking a Regional CDL-A Driver to join our team in Tremonton, Utah. This position offers the opportunity to drive regional lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah, ensuring consistent freight without sacrificing personal life at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently on assigned routes
• Handle a variety of freight types with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, including hours of service and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with dispatch for route updates and customer inquiries
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections as required by company policy

Skills & Qualifications

• Held a valid CDL-A license with appropriate endorsements (H, X)
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred but not required
• A strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the transportation industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road
