Regional Banker/Teller

PNC is hiring a full-time Regional Banker/Teller to join its branch team in Clearwater, Florida — a customer-facing role that blends teller operations with relationship banking to deliver an exceptional in-branch experience.

About the Role

As a Regional Banker/Teller at PNC's Clearwater location, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers conducting everyday banking transactions while actively identifying opportunities to connect them with financial products and services that support their goals. This is an on-site, branch-based position.

What You'll Do

• Process customer transactions accurately — including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing — while maintaining proper cash drawer balances
• Build genuine relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and referring them to appropriate PNC products, services, and specialists
• Assist customers with account inquiries, account maintenance, and problem resolution in a timely, professional manner
• Contribute to a branch environment that meets compliance, security, and audit standards
• Collaborate with branch teammates to meet shared service and sales goals
• Support an inclusive, respectful branch culture where every customer and colleague feels valued

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or a bank teller role is strongly preferred
• Solid math skills and accuracy when handling cash and processing transactions
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach
• Ability to identify and act on opportunities to refer customers to relevant banking solutions
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, in-branch environment with rotating responsibilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or banking coursework is a plus
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and attention to detail
