Production Foreman

Position Summary

As Production Foreman at this established Rhode Island roofing contractor, you'll lead crews and oversee daily operations on multiple projects. You'll report to project management and ensure work meets our quality standards, safety protocols, and timelines. Core Duties

• Supervise and coordinate roofing crews, managing workflow and task assignments
• Monitor job-site safety compliance and enforce safety procedures
• Conduct quality inspections of completed work and materials
• Track project schedules and communicate progress to project management
• Manage equipment and material inventory on active projects
• Resolve site issues and troubleshoot operational challenges
• Train and mentor crew members on techniques and standards
