What You'll Do
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on commercial roofing systems
- Diagnose and repair roof leaks, damaged membranes, flashing, and related components
- Respond to emergency service calls for weather damage and system failures
- Work safely at heights using appropriate fall protection and safety equipment
- Record completed work, create service documentation, and maintain detailed records
- Assess roofing conditions, estimate repair scope, and communicate recommendations to customers and supervisors
