Position Summary

At Lubrizol Corporation, we are seeking a Regional Account Manager to join our dynamic team based in Brecksville. As an integral part of the Engineered Polymers division, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships while driving sales growth within your designated territory.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, customer feedback, and industry trends.
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, setting and achieving revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management within the chemical industry, with a focus on polymers and resins.
• Strong understanding of polymer chemistry and applications is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
• A proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
