Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging potential candidates through various channels
• Screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements
• Presenting the best candidates to hiring managers for interviews
• Building strong candidate pipelines
• Collaborating closely with other consultants to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
• A proactive and results-driven approach to work
