Role Overview

As a Recruiter at Solid Rock Recruiting, you'll be at the heart of our business—connecting qualified candidates with employers who need them. This is a full-time position based in Hartford, Minnehaha County, where you'll work alongside a team committed to integrity and excellence in everything we do. We're looking for seasoned recruiters who bring agency experience and a proven track record of success to this role.

Core Duties

• Identify, source, and screen candidates using multiple channels and recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
• Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with open positions
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job intake through placement
• Meet and exceed placement targets through consistent pipeline development
• Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process

What We're Looking For

• Proven recruiting experience in an agency environment (staffing firm, recruitment agency, or similar setting)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple placements simultaneously
• Experience with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms
• Drive to achieve results and meet performance goals
• Commitment to honesty, integrity, and doing the right thing in all interactions
