What You'll Do
- Counsel prospective homebuyers on market trends, neighborhoods, and property values across Laguna Niguel and Orange County
- Conduct property showings, inspections, and comparative market analyses for buyers
- Manage the transaction process from offer through closing, coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and title companies
