About the Role

As a Senior Internal Audit Associate supporting Treasury, the Chief Investment Office, and Capital Planning, you will help strengthen the firm's governance framework and champion operational excellence. This full-time, on-site position in Hudson County places you at the heart of audit delivery, where you will guide engagements across the full audit lifecycle and contribute to safeguarding the integrity of critical treasury and investment functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage every phase of the audit lifecycle, from planning and scoping through fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up.
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of controls within Treasury, the Chief Investment Office, and Capital Planning activities.
• Identify risks, assess their impact, and recommend practical improvements that enhance the control environment.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support sound governance and operational excellence.
• Document findings clearly and communicate results to management with precision and professionalism.

Qualifications
