About the Role
In this hands-on position, you'll combine economic research with rigorous financial analysis to evaluate acquisition opportunities, assess market fundamentals, and support capital deployment decisions. Your work will directly influence how we identify and underwrite real estate investments that align with our strategy.
What You'll Do
- Build financial models and perform asset valuation on prospective real estate investments
- Conduct detailed due diligence analysis on properties and market opportunities
- Develop Excel-based financial and economic models to inform investment theses
- Analyze real estate market trends, comparable transactions, and investment feasibility
- Prepare comprehensive investment memoranda and economic analyses for leadership and stakeholders
- Evaluate risk-adjusted returns and underwriting assumptions across property types and geographies
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Financial Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 12 months of professional experience as an Investment Analyst, Economist, or equivalent role focused on real estate
- Advanced Excel skills with at least 12 months of active modeling experience
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and due diligence
- Solid foundation in real estate investment structures, market analysis, and underwriting
- Strong quantitative reasoning and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations
