Quality Assurance Technician – Casa Grande, AZ

JB Pointdexter is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician in Casa Grande, Arizona to join our manufacturing team. This is a full-time position where you'll play a critical role in maintaining product quality and ensuring our operations meet rigorous standards.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Technician at our Casa Grande, Pinal County facility, you'll be responsible for inspecting materials, components, and supplies at multiple stages of our manufacturing process. You'll work closely with production and management teams to identify issues early, document findings, and drive continuous improvement in our quality practices.

What You'll Do

• Inspect incoming materials, parts, and supplies to verify they meet our specifications and quality standards
• Monitor and test parts during the manufacturing process in accordance with established work instructions
• Conduct measurements and testing using standard quality control equipment and tools
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
• Collaborate with management and team members to address quality concerns and implement solutions
• Perform all duties safely and in compliance with workplace safety standards
• Report defects, discrepancies, and quality trends to supervisors
