Position Summary

As a Merchandise Associate at TJX in Selma, TX, you'll play an essential role in maintaining our store's visual standards and inventory management. In this full-time role, you'll work alongside a dedicated team to ensure our shelves are stocked, displays are attractive, and customers have a great shopping experience. What You'll Do

• Stock and maintain merchandise displays and shelves throughout the store
• Receive, process, and organize incoming inventory shipments
• Ensure merchandise is presented attractively and according to TJX standards
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily merchandising goals
• Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Follow company procedures and best practices for inventory and store operations

Requirements

• Physical capability to stand, reach, bend, and lift merchandise throughout your shift
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail abilities
• Ability to work productively as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and scheduling flexibility
• Retail or merchandising experience is a plus
• Willingness to uphold TJX's store standards and operational procedures
