Promotor de Ventas – Cayey/Guayama

Bma Group is hiring a full-time Sales Promoter based in Cayey-Guayama, Puerto Rico. This is a temporary contract position offering the opportunity to drive product sales, build customer relationships, and make an immediate impact in a dynamic sales environment.

About the Role

As a Sales Promoter, you'll be the face of Bma Group, connecting directly with customers to present, demonstrate, and sell our products and services. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on customer interaction and has a passion for moving product. You'll work a full-time schedule during this 3-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of renewal based on your performance.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers directly to understand their needs and present relevant product solutions
• Execute product demonstrations and highlight key features and benefits
• Close sales and process transactions accurately
• Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

Compensation & Terms

This is a full-time temporary position with a 3-month contract term and potential renewal based on performance. You'll receive an hourly wage of $11.00, a $110 monthly car allowance to support territory coverage, and the opportunity to earn commission payments up to $400 per month based on sales results. The Sales Promoter role is ideal for building sales experience while earning competitive compensation tied to your success.
