What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the utility industry
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
• Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor team members
• Familiarity with project management software and tools
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
