About the Role

You'll coordinate closely with construction teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles in the Indianapolis market.
What You'll Do
- Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers
- Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
- Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and budget variances
- Maintain detailed project documentation, drawings, and correspondence
- Report project status and metrics to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and building codes
