Capital One is hiring a Sr. Associate, Business Development - Hotel Connectivity Account Manager to join its team on-site near Grand Central in Manhattan, owning the partnerships that keep hotel booking integrations running smoothly.

About the Role

As a Hotel Connectivity Account Manager at Capital One, you will manage a dedicated portfolio of hotel connectivity partners from our Grand Central, Manhattan office. You become the go-to contact for each partner, balancing two responsibilities at once: keeping their technical integrations healthy and shaping the commercial direction of the relationship. While the work spans strategy, the bulk of your day centers on hands-on operational support that keeps supplier connections reliable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned group of hotel connectivity partners.
  • Diagnose and resolve high-priority integration problems before they affect partners or travelers.
  • Track and evaluate the technical performance of each supplier connection, flagging issues early.
  • Guide the commercial strategy for your accounts alongside the day-to-day operational workload.
  • Coordinate across internal teams to maintain the long-term health of every partnership.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, account management, or technical partner support, ideally within travel, hospitality, or connectivity platforms.
  • Comfort troubleshooting integration and supplier-side technical issues under time pressure.
  • Strong relationship-management skills, with the ability to juggle both technical and commercial conversations.
  • Organized, detail-focused approach to owning a portfolio of multiple partner accounts.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Grand Central, Manhattan in this full-time position.
