What This Role Involves
The Project Control Analyst will support a federal customer by providing performance reporting, data analysis, and program controls for a nationwide recruiting and outreach program. The role involves detailed work to ensure the accuracy of project data and compliance with program requirements.
Core Duties
- Provide performance reporting and data analysis to track project progress and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain program controls to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules
- Analyze data to support decision-making processes and provide insights to stakeholders
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by the customer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and achieve project objectives
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Experience in project management, program controls, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
