Position Summary
The City of Everett Housing Authority is seeking a Program Specialist to join our team. This full-time position offers a starting salary range of $60,907 - $79,179 annually ($31.24 - $40.61 per hour), with comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement housing programs aimed at improving community living conditions
- Collaborate with local stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profits, and community organizations
- Monitor program performance and ensure compliance with all regulations and policies
- Prepare reports and presentations on program outcomes for management review and public dissemination
- Assist in the recruitment and training of staff to support program operations
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in housing programs or social services
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with government regulations and policies relevant to housing programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
