What This Role Involves
The Program Manager - Family Stabilization is a full-time position within the VOA Home program. This role focuses on overseeing and managing programs aimed at stabilizing families in need of support. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to enhance family well-being, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and collaborating with various stakeholders such as social workers, community partners, and clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive programs for family stabilization
- Ensure program compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with social workers, case managers, and other stakeholders to provide holistic support to families
- Monitor and report on program outcomes to senior management
- Identify areas of improvement and implement changes as necessary
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in family services or related fields. Key qualifications include:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in social services, preferably within the field of family stabilization
- A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; master’s preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing social services programs
