• Process orders efficiently for Pro customers, ensuring accuracy and quick turnaround
• Assist with safe loading and preparation of materials for contractor and commercial clients
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations tailored to customer projects and budgets
• Coordinate delivery solutions and logistics to meet professional customer requirements
• Build relationships with regular Pro customers and understand their ongoing needs
• Support the complete customer journey from initial inquiry through successful project completion

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service background, ideally with construction, contractor, or commercial experience
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse professional customers
• Attention to detail in order fulfillment and product knowledge
• Willingness to learn Home Depot's systems and product catalog
