Principal Financial Analyst, OCI, IaaS Product Lead

Oracle is hiring a Principal Financial Analyst, OCI, IaaS Product Lead to join our Frankfort, Kentucky office in this full-time position. As a key financial leader within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, you'll drive the financial strategy and business performance of one of the world's fastest-growing cloud platforms serving enterprise, cloud-native, and AI workloads.

About the Role

Within OCI Finance's Workload Health team, you'll serve as a principal-level financial analyst and product leader, directly shaping the financial strategy and operational performance of Oracle's infrastructure as a service business. You'll partner across product, engineering, and business teams to optimize financial planning and drive strategic growth decisions that impact the entire OCI platform.

What You'll Do

• Lead financial analysis, planning, and forecasting for OCI infrastructure as a service products
• Develop and monitor key financial metrics that drive product health and business performance
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to align financial objectives with operational execution
• Conduct strategic financial analysis to inform OCI's product decisions and market positioning
• Build comprehensive financial models to support business planning and capital allocation
• Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to Oracle's senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or finance leadership
• Proven track record at a principal level or equivalent leadership role
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise software business models and financials
• Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Advanced analytical skills for managing complex business datasets and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner across engineering, product, and business teams
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
