Oracle is seeking a Principal, End-to-End Data Center Power Delivery Manager for a full-time position at our facility in Wyoming, Michigan. In this senior leadership role, you'll architect and oversee comprehensive power infrastructure solutions that enable next-generation hyperscale data center operations at global scale.

Role Overview

As Principal, End-to-End Data Center Power Delivery Manager, you are a strategic infrastructure leader driving the complete lifecycle of behind-the-meter power generation and electrical systems for Oracle's largest, most advanced data center campuses. You combine deep technical expertise with program leadership, translating business requirements into resilient, scalable power solutions that support mission-critical cloud infrastructure. Your vision and execution determine whether our data centers can reliably deliver the power needed for enterprise and cloud computing at the largest scale.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and oversee development of large-scale power generation and electrical distribution systems for hyperscale data center facilities
  • Lead end-to-end commissioning and deployment of complex energy infrastructure, from concept and engineering through operational handoff
  • Manage cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, procurement, construction, and operations to deliver projects on schedule and within specification
  • Establish and enforce technical standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements across all power delivery systems
  • Evaluate emerging power technologies and infrastructure approaches to optimize efficiency, resilience, and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with data center leadership, finance, and business units to align infrastructure roadmaps with organizational growth

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering, data center infrastructure, or power systems, with at least 5 years in a principal or senior leadership role
  • Proven success planning, designing, and executing large-scale power infrastructure projects for hyperscale facilities
  • Deep expertise in behind-the-meter generation systems, electrical distribution, power quality, and grid interconnection
  • Strong project management capabilities and experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to influence at executive levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; PE license and advanced certifications preferred
