Core Duties

• Prepare fresh, ready-to-eat meal items daily by following established recipes and food preparation protocols
• Manage the rotisserie chicken station, ensuring birds are properly cooked, rotated, and available throughout the day
• Wrap, label, and package prepared foods with accuracy, including proper weight and pricing information
• Store prepared meals and rotisserie chicken using correct temperature control and food safety methods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace that complies with health and safety regulations
• Assist customers with product selection, answer food-related questions, and address special requests when possible
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels for meals, packaging, and rotisserie chicken operations
