About the Role

As a Stocking Team Associate at Walmart in Carlyle, Clinton County, you'll be the backbone of our store's inventory operations. What You'll Do

• Stock and arrange merchandise on shelves, displays, and throughout the store
• Receive, organize, and process incoming shipments and inventory
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and sales floors
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Rotate stock and ensure proper product placement
• Assist customers and respond to inquiries during your shifts
• Follow store procedures and maintain company standards

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28 per hour, based on experience and location requirements. You'll also receive additional compensation through annual or quarterly performance incentives, with potential premiums up to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
