What This Role Involves

As a Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate, you'll be responsible for preparing delicious, fresh food items throughout your shift, with a focus on our popular rotisserie chicken program. You'll follow established recipes and food preparation procedures to maintain consistency and quality. Your work directly impacts the shopping experience of our customers, ensuring they can grab fresh, ready-to-eat options that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh meals and rotisserie chicken according to recipes and food safety standards
• Maintain rotisserie ovens and equipment to ensure products are warm and ready for customers
• Wrap, label, and properly store prepared food items to ensure freshness and food safety compliance
• Monitor stock levels and maintain organized workstations in the prepared foods area
• Assist customers with questions about ingredients, preparation methods, or product availability
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations while handling food items

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes precisely and consistently
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
