The Opportunity

Eco Homes Group is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction and BIM Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with design teams to ensure that our residential projects are well-planned and construction-ready. You will be responsible for managing the pre-construction phase, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, and collaborating on estimating processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and designers to refine project designs using BIM tools
• Create detailed construction documents and schedules
• Support the estimating process by providing accurate cost estimates for materials and labor
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Work across multiple residential projects, contributing to their successful execution from pre-construction through to completion

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pre-Construction and BIM roles within the construction industry
• Demonstrated proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• A strong understanding of construction processes and materials
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across various departments
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
