About the Role
This full-time position focuses on providing expert plumbing service and repair across diverse commercial environments. You'll diagnose system issues, execute timely repairs, and perform preventive maintenance on complex plumbing infrastructure that keeps hospitals, educational institutions, office complexes, and manufacturing operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Service and repair commercial plumbing systems in hospitals, schools, universities, office buildings, and manufacturing facilities
- Conduct backflow testing and system certification in accordance with local codes and regulations
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot medical gas systems in healthcare environments
- Diagnose plumbing problems using specialized equipment and technical expertise
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure system reliability and compliance
- Coordinate with facility managers and other trades on multi-system projects
- Document all service work and maintain detailed records
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on commercial plumbing service experience
- Current backflow certification and endorsement
- Current medical gas certification or endorsement
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Professional communication with facility staff and colleagues
