About This Position

Banner Health is seeking a PFS Representative for CBO Billing Follow-up and Denials Management in Texas. As part of the Ambulatory Billing & Follow-Up Department, you will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality healthcare services while ensuring accurate billing practices.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle denials management for CBO billing processes
• Follow up on denied claims and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve billing accuracy
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of follow-up activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in healthcare billing or related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance claim processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant software applications
