About the Role

As a Personal Injury Paralegal at Injury Boss PLLC, you will be a key contributor in a compact, collaborative team of one to three people based in New York City. Your day-to-day centers on supporting cases tied to motor vehicle collisions and slip-and-fall incidents, keeping each matter organized, accurate, and moving forward. This is an on-site, full-time position with a transparent path for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize case files for motor vehicle accident and slip-and-fall injury claims from start to finish.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, communicating clearly and professionally throughout each case.
• Prepare and submit insurance claims efficiently and on schedule.
• Track case progress, documentation, and deadlines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Coordinate closely with a small team to keep cases on track and clients informed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience or training as a paralegal, ideally within personal injury or related litigation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active cases at once.
• Confident, empathetic communication skills for regular client interaction.
