About the Role

This position at Wells Fargo in Beverly Hills is a full-time role with no remote option. As an Associate Roving Personal Banker, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients within the La Cienega Corridor District.

Your Responsibilities

• Offer financial guidance and assistance to customers in person or through phone consultations
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
• Assist with account opening and closing processes
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries regarding banking services
• Support community outreach initiatives to enhance client relationships

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a financial services role or related field is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job duties
