About the Role

As our Dishwasher, you'll be the backbone of our back-of-house operations. You'll maintain the cleanliness and organization that allows our kitchen to run smoothly during our busiest seasons. Your attention to detail and reliability directly impact both our team's efficiency and the experience every guest receives at Black Cap.

What You'll Do

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment to our high cleanliness standards
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, ensuring it runs smoothly throughout service
• Organize and stock clean dishes and supplies so the kitchen stays well-supplied and efficient
• Keep the dish pit, sink area, and surrounding workspace clean and sanitary
• Support front-of-house and kitchen staff by ensuring they have the clean items they need when they need them
• Handle kitchen trash and recycling responsibly
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols consistently

• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items regularly
