Position Summary

Lowe's is seeking a Part Time - Head Cashier to join our team in Loganville, Georgia. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through the daily execution of Lowe's policies and procedures. Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Core Duties

• Provide SMART customer service at all times by adhering to Lowe's customer service policies, procedures, and programs.
• Seek out customers to understand their needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise.
• Listen to and respond knowledgeably and promptly to customer and employee questions, directing them as necessary.
