Core Duties

• Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents for personal injury cases involving TPD, CTP, and WC claims.
• Manage case files, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and organized efficiently.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on their cases.
• Support the team by conducting research, drafting correspondence, and assisting in court preparation as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a legal support role or similar field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when dealing with sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
