About the Role
As Business Development Manager for Outside Sales, you'll drive growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for our innovative food and sauce product line. You'll spend your time in the field building partnerships, understanding customer needs, and connecting prospective partners with solutions that meet their foodservice or retail requirements.
What You'll Do
- Execute outside sales strategy to build relationships with distributors, retailers, and foodservice operators
- Identify and qualify new market opportunities and customer prospects in your territory
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations with decision-makers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and account closure
- Develop long-term partnerships and expand existing account relationships across the food industry
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to inform territory strategy
- Work cross-functionally with operations and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Track sales activity, forecast results, and achieve agreed revenue targets
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, business development, or account management in food, beverage, or consumer products
- Fluency in Korean language (speaking, reading, and professional writing)
- Strong ability to build relationships and communicate value propositions clearly
- Proven track record identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Experience managing territories and growing customer accounts
- Knowledge of food industry distribution channels and supply chain dynamics
- Self-directed approach to field-based work and territory management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
