About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated Outpatient Clinician to deliver direct mental health services in our Suffolk office. This part-time position allows you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining schedule flexibility. You'll work with our clinical team to provide high-quality assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to children, teens, and adults experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support holistic care coordination
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust clinical interventions accordingly
- Participate in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities
- Support our mission of reducing mental health stigma in Hampton Roads
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related mental health discipline
- Current state licensure or demonstrated eligibility for LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent credential
- Proven experience in outpatient mental health service delivery
- Proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment modalities
- Commitment to trauma-informed practice and cultural competence
- Strong clinical documentation and professional communication skills
- Collaborative spirit and genuine passion for serving vulnerable populations
