Operations Lead

We're seeking an Operations Lead to join At Home Group at our Troy, Oakland County location. In this part-time role, you'll drive operational excellence and foster the active selling environment that powers our store's success.

Position Summary

The Operations Lead serves as a key member of the store management team, reporting to the Assistant Store Manager. You'll oversee critical store operations while fostering an engaged, customer-focused culture. Your focus will be ensuring all processes meet At Home Group's documented standards and contribute to achieving sales objectives. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes ownership of operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage store opening and closing procedures to ensure compliance with all operational guidelines
• Lead training initiatives for team members on company standards, processes, and best practices
• Delegate tasks effectively to drive productivity and accountability across the store
• Monitor and maintain store operations including merchandising, inventory, and customer service standards
• Support and promote an active selling culture that drives customer engagement and sales
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager on operational improvements and performance metrics
• Address operational challenges and implement solutions that align with company standards
