Harrison Consulting Solutions is recruiting a Bridge Project Manager to join our Indianapolis, Marion County office. This full-time role provides the opportunity to direct the design and delivery of critical bridge infrastructure projects that serve communities across the region.
About the Role
As Bridge Project Manager, you will lead engineering teams through all phases of bridge replacement, rehabilitation, and inspection initiatives. From initial design concepts through final delivery, you will manage technical scope, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure every project meets structural standards, schedule requirements, and client expectations.
What You'll Do
- Direct the design and engineering of bridge replacement projects, managing scope and technical deliverables
- Lead bridge rehabilitation planning and implementation, optimizing solutions for cost and performance
- Oversee bridge inspection initiatives and assessment protocols
- Produce technical calculations and detailed engineering drawings that support project execution
- Develop project proposals and client presentations that clearly communicate value and methodology
- Collaborate with engineering teams on proposals and client-facing deliverables as project needs require
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 7+ years of professional experience in bridge design, engineering, or project delivery
- Strong technical skills in calculations and engineering drawing production
- Excellent presentation and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated success managing complex infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external clients
