About the Role

This full-time position combines flexibility with strong earning potential as you build a steady stream of appointment-based mobile notary work. You'll be paid between $125 and $200 per loan signing engagement, with the opportunity to complete multiple signings daily depending on market demand in the Las Vegas area. Your schedule is yours to manage—coordinate appointment availability directly with clients while developing reliable repeat business through lenders, title companies, and escrow partners.

What You'll Do

• Travel to borrower locations throughout Las Vegas and Clark County to conduct notary signings on real estate documents, refinances, and mortgage closing packages
• Verify client identity and witness signatures in strict compliance with Nevada notary laws and federal lending regulations
• Maintain accurate signing records, journals, and documentation for each transaction
• Coordinate professionally with borrowers, loan officers, title agents, and escrow teams
• Ensure all documents are properly executed and meet lender requirements before submission
• Manage your schedule to maximize signing volume and client satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Current Nevada notary public commission or commitment to obtain one
• Dependable transportation and valid driver's license for field-based work across Las Vegas
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to execute documents with precision
• Professional communication skills and ability to work with diverse clients and industry partners
• Understanding of notary regulations and mortgage signing compliance requirements
• Previous mortgage signing experience is valued but not required—we support agents at every experience level
