About the Role
As an On-Demand Notary Professional, you'll be the trusted legal authority our clients depend on for timely, compliant notarial services. This full-time position combines meticulous legal execution with genuine client care, supporting loan signings, real estate transactions, affidavits, and general notarizations throughout the Louisville area.
What You'll Do
- Execute notarial acts—witnessing signatures, administering oaths, and authenticating documents with full Kentucky legal compliance
- Conduct client meetings and signings in homes, offices, and secure locations across Louisville and Jefferson County
- Verify signer identity, document authenticity, and willingness before notarizing
- Maintain thorough, organized records of all notarial acts and client interactions
- Coordinate with clients and closing agents to schedule and complete signings promptly
- Stay current with Kentucky notary laws, regulations, and industry best practices
What We're Looking For
- Active Kentucky Notary Public commission (required)
- Strong command of Kentucky notary laws and ethical responsibilities
