About the Role

We're seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team and contribute to meaningful patient outcomes. You'll work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary rehabilitation environment where your clinical expertise directly influences how patients progress toward their personal goals and return to everyday activities they value most.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify patient functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct patient care focusing on activities of daily living (ADL), self-care skills, cognitive rehabilitation, and fine motor function
• Document clinical progress, patient response to treatment, and discharge recommendations in compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and case managers to coordinate integrated patient care
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment to support safe transitions to home or next-level care
• Participate in continuing education and maintain current clinical knowledge within occupational therapy practice

What We're Looking For

• Valid occupational therapy license in Texas
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Compassion for patients with varied diagnoses and commitment to person-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interprofessional team environment
