The Opportunity

Pacific Health Group, a nationwide healthcare provider specialising in rehabilitation, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at the new clinic in Gisborne. As part of an allied health team, you will play a crucial role in supporting people with the care and attention they deserve.

Your Responsibilities

• Assessing clients' needs and developing individualised treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and functional independence
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists and psychologists
• Providing education and support to clients and their families
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognised institution
• New Zealand (nationwide) (nationwide) registration with the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance (HPCA) Board
• Proven experience in occupational therapy, particularly within rehabilitation settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to ongoing professional development
