Certified Mobile Notary Service is seeking a full-time Notary Public for Mobile Services in El Paso, Texas. As a Mobile Notary Signing Agent, you'll provide essential notarization services to clients across El Paso County, earning $125–$200 per loan signing appointment.
About the Role
This full-time position combines flexible scheduling with consistent, meaningful work in the El Paso area. You'll travel to meet clients—borrowers, lenders, and financial institutions—to execute loan signings and notarizations on legal documents. Your role supports critical real estate transactions while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Conduct loan signings and notarizations at borrower and lender locations throughout El Paso County
- Verify the identity and authenticity of all document signers before notarizing
- Maintain complete and accurate records of notarizations in accordance with Texas law
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with lenders, loan processors, and borrowers
- Ensure all documents are properly prepared, reviewed, and executed
- Manage your transportation and workload across the El Paso service area
