About the Role

As part of the sales team, you will engage with showroom visitors, guide them through vehicle features, and support them from initial interest to purchase.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and assess their needs to recommend suitable new or pre‑owned Mercedes‑Benz models.
• Arrange and conduct test drives, highlighting performance, technology, and safety features.
• Present financing options, trade‑in evaluations, and lease agreements in clear, transparent terms.
• Negotiate sales prices while maintaining dealership profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Update customer relationship management systems with activity logs, follow‑up tasks, and purchase details.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and participate in dealership‑wide incentive programs.
• Stay current on product updates, promotional campaigns, and industry trends through ongoing training.
• Process paperwork accurately and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Build lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to connect with people and deliver consultative sales experiences.
• Previous experience in automotive sales is advantageous but not required; a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are essential.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Comfort using CRM software and basic computer applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or business training is a plus.
