About the Role
We're seeking an accomplished Audi Master Guild Technician to lead complex diagnostic and repair work on high-performance European vehicles. You'll handle everything from routine maintenance to intricate powertrain and electrical systems, applying advanced technical expertise to every job.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair Audi and other European luxury vehicles using specialized equipment and techniques
- Execute major mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic work with precision and attention to detail
- Mentor junior technicians and share best practices across the shop
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate directly with customers about repairs
- Stay current with manufacturer specifications and evolving diagnostic protocols
- Manage multiple vehicles simultaneously while meeting quality and timeline standards
What We're Looking For
- Master-level certification through Audi or equivalent hands-on expertise with German luxury vehicles
- Proven track record diagnosing and resolving complex drivetrain, electrical, and emissions issues
- Proficiency with factory diagnostic tools and modern scan equipment
