Role Overview
The Multi-Skilled Technician at Marriott Hotels Resorts will be responsible for responding to guest repair requests and resolving maintenance issues. This role involves performing preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen, and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication tasks. Visual inspections of tools, equipment, or machines are a key part of the job, as well as carrying necessary equipment such as tools and radios.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to guest repair requests promptly and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen, and mechanical room equipment
- Clean and lubricate machinery as required
- Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, or machines
- Carry necessary equipment such as tools and radios
- Identify and operate all shut-off valves for equipment

- Strong communication skills to interact with guests/customers effectively
- Experience in performing preventive maintenance on various types of equipment
