Role Overview

The F&B Executive is responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience through effective management of the lounge staff. This role involves overseeing team dynamics to ensure optimal service delivery while addressing any immediate guest needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain high standards of teamwork among staff members to provide superior service.
• Inspect the grooming and attire of all staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and correcting deficiencies as necessary.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up required supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking doors securely.
• Conduct regular inspections of storage areas to ensure proper organization, adherence to FIFO principles (First In, First Out), and cleanliness.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
