Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests promptly.
• Communicate effectively with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen, and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines for proper functioning.
• Carry equipment such as tools and radios as needed.
• Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and customers effectively.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance tasks on various tools and equipment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and operations.
• Able to carry heavy equipment as required for the job.
