Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and produce daily morning show segments alongside on-air talent
• Research current events, local stories, and trending topics to shape compelling content
• Operate broadcast equipment and manage audio elements during live shows
• Coordinate guests, call-ins, contests, and listener interactions
• Support social media, podcast, and digital extensions of the show
• Keep the broadcast on schedule and react quickly to breaking developments

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for radio, audio storytelling, and local Minneapolis culture
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills under tight, live deadlines
• Familiarity with broadcast or audio production tools and digital content workflows
